Once you place a demo order you receive an order reference. Enter it on the Track your order page to see a sample status timeline. Live courier tracking is demo-only until courier integration is connected.

Delivery estimates vary by product and supplier. As a draft guide, UK-supplied items are estimated at 3-5 working days and items from international fulfilment partners at 7-12 working days. Final delivery options and any charges are shown before payment.

To start a return you would contact support with your order reference, receive return instructions, and send eligible items back. Once checked, a refund or update is issued. This is draft policy content for the prototype and must be reviewed before launch. Your statutory rights are not affected.

No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional, but it lets you save addresses, keep a wishlist and view your order history more easily. In this prototype, accounts are demo-only and stored on your device.
