How do you decide what to stock?
Every product is assessed for usefulness, quality, fair value and reliable delivery before it is listed. If it does not clearly earn its place, we do not add it.
Are your prices marked up with fake discounts?
No. We show clear prices without invented reference discounts or pressure tactics. Any delivery charges and options are shown before you pay.
What happens if a product does not meet your standards?
We review supplier performance on an ongoing basis. If a product or partner consistently falls short on accuracy, quality or reliability, we address it with the supplier or remove the product from the range.
