How quickly will you reply?
We aim to reply as quickly as we can, and a specific response-time target will be confirmed before launch. Including your order reference helps us answer you faster.
What should I include in my message?
Tell us what you need help with, and add your order reference and the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order. For a damaged or faulty item, a photo is a great help.
Can I contact you about a return or refund?

Do you offer phone support?
