We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery estimates vary by product because some items are dispatched by different fulfilment partners, and a few are sourced from further afield. The estimate shown at checkout is specific to your basket, so it is always the figure to rely on. The guide below shows typical timeframes.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Estimates begin once your order has been processed and dispatched, not from the moment you place it.
Each estimate combines the handling time of the fulfilment partner for a product with typical transit times for the delivery destination. We aim to be realistic rather than optimistic, because a delivery date you can plan around is more useful than one that sounds fast but slips. Estimates can still be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier demand around peak periods and supplier processing times.
Any delivery charge and the available options are always shown clearly at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises. Final delivery pricing is being confirmed as part of launch, and this prototype uses placeholder delivery options.
If your order contains items held by different fulfilment partners, they may arrive separately and on different days. This is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong. Where an order is split, each parcel is tracked separately, so you can follow every part of your order.
When you place an order you receive an order reference straight away. Once your order is dispatched, tracking becomes available so you can follow its progress. You can check the status at any time on the track order page using your order reference.
Live courier tracking is connected as part of launch. In this prototype, tracking is illustrative and uses placeholder data.
We aim to package orders securely and sensibly: enough protection to arrive in good condition, without excessive or oversized materials. Where we can, we favour recyclable packaging and provide clear guidance on how to recycle it. You can read more about our packaging intentions on the sustainability page.
Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout. An incorrect or incomplete address is the most common cause of delayed or failed deliveries, and it can be difficult to change once an order is on its way. If you spot a mistake, contact support as soon as possible with your order reference so we can try to help before dispatch.
Occasionally a delivery takes longer than expected, or a parcel goes missing in transit. If that happens, we will help you put it right. Here is what to do.

Where does Osevaro deliver?
We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. International delivery is not currently offered; if we introduce it, options and estimates will be shown at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard UK delivery is typically 3 to 5 working days. Remote UK addresses can take 5 to 10 working days, and items from international fulfilment partners can take 7 to 14 working days. The exact estimate for your basket is shown at checkout.
Why has my order arrived in more than one parcel?
Some items are dispatched by different fulfilment partners, so an order can arrive in separate parcels on different days. Each parcel is tracked separately, and this does not mean anything is wrong.
How do I track my order?
You receive an order reference when you order. Once your order is dispatched, use that reference on the track order page to follow its progress.
What should I do if my order is late or missing?
Check the tracking and allow for the full estimated window, then contact support with your order reference if it is still missing. We will investigate with the courier or fulfilment partner.
