We want delivery to feel predictable. Every product carries an estimated delivery window, and the delivery options available for your basket, along with any charges, are shown clearly before you pay, never added as a surprise at the final step.
Estimates are based on the fulfilment partner for each product plus typical handling and transit times. They are a careful guide rather than a guarantee, because factors such as supplier processing and courier demand can move a delivery by a day or two.

Osevaro curates products from a small set of approved fulfilment partners. If your order contains items handled by different partners, they may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days. This is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong — each parcel is tracked in its own right.
Osevaro is focused on delivery to addresses across the United Kingdom. Some remote or extended-delivery locations, such as parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, can take a little longer; where that applies, the longer estimate is shown before you pay. International delivery is not currently active.
Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout, as an incorrect or incomplete address is the most common cause of a delayed delivery. Support for amending an address after ordering will be available once accounts and orders are fully connected; until then, contact our support team as early as possible.
Once your order is placed you receive an order reference. Enter it on the Track your order page to see its current status. Live courier tracking will appear here as dispatch and courier integrations are connected.
How long will my delivery take?

As a guide, UK-supplied items are estimated at 3–5 working days, items from international partners at 7–12 working days, and remote or extended-delivery locations at 10–15 working days. Why has my order arrived in separate parcels?
Items handled by different fulfilment partners are dispatched separately, so they can arrive on different days. Each parcel is tracked individually and nothing is wrong with your order.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. Osevaro currently delivers to addresses across the United Kingdom only. If international delivery is introduced, the options and estimates will be shown at checkout.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Please check your address carefully before paying, as it is the most common cause of delays. Amending an address after an order is placed will be supported once orders are fully connected; in the meantime, contact our support team as soon as you can.
