Enquiries
When you email us or use our contact form, we receive the contact details, message and other information you provide. We use them to answer you and handle related follow-up. Our contact form runs on this website using WPForms, and our business email is provided through Zoho. Please do not include passwords or payment-card details.
Running and protecting the website
Our hosting and Cloudflare services process technical information, including IP addresses and requests, to deliver and protect the website. Login protection can record failed sign-in attempts and their IP addresses locally on our server.
Why we use this information
We use enquiry information to respond to people who contact us, and technical information to operate a secure and reliable website. These are our legitimate interests; we limit the information we use to what is needed for those purposes.
Payments and marketing
This storefront is not taking payments yet. We do not currently run a newsletter or use advertising pixels or analytics on this storefront.
Keeping information
Enquiry records are used to answer you and deal with related follow-up. We retain relevant information for as long as that purpose requires, including an ongoing complaint or dispute and any applicable legal requirement. Technical and security records are used to protect the service and investigate problems. We limit their retention to what is needed for those purposes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your information, correction, deletion or restriction of its use. You may also have rights to object or to receive information in a portable form. Email us to make a request or raise a concern. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Cookies
Read our cookie information for details of browser storage used by the site.
Your customer account
If you create an account, we process your email address, name, account identifier and a protected password record to provide the account features you request. You may also choose to save billing or delivery addresses and related contact details. Account creation is optional; you can browse without one. Password setup, password reset and account messages are sent through our email service.
Using and protecting account information
For the account functions you request, we rely on our legitimate interest in providing and securing that service. We use account information to provide the account service you request and to respond to your requests before a possible purchase. We also have legitimate interests in maintaining secure accounts, preventing misuse and responding to support enquiries. We do not use these details for advertising or add you to a marketing list.
Withdrawal and cancellation requests
If you use the withdrawal request form, we use your name, order reference and email to check the request against the order. For a verified request, we record the relevant items or message, the submission time and a receipt reference so that authorised store administrators can review and respond. Submitting a request does not itself issue a refund. We use these records to handle the purchase relationship, exercise or respond to legal rights and keep relevant records where required.
Access, service providers and retention
Account records are held on our website hosting and are available to authorised administrators for support and security. Cloudflare processes web traffic for delivery and protection; Zoho processes enquiries and account email. Provider processing may involve locations outside your country; contact us for current provider and transfer information. We keep account information while needed to provide your account, then assess deletion requests and any records still needed for a complaint, security investigation or legal requirement. Request records are kept for the same relevant purposes. Backup copies may remain until the backup rotation replaces them and are used for recovery and security.
Your right to object
You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests by emailing [email protected]. You can also ask to close your account or request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You may complain to the ICO or to the data protection authority where you live or work in the EU.
